What’s Covered?

We provide dispatch service for the following:

  • Towing (up to 15 miles)

  • Battery jump-starts

  • Flat tire changes using your spare

  • Emergency fuel delivery (member pays for fuel)

  • Lockout assistance (keys locked in or lost)

  • Winching (accessible from a regular road)

All services are available for non-commercial vehicles including cars, motorcycles, and light trucks under 1 ton.

Nationwide Coverage

Services are available across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
If no provider is available, we’ll issue an authorization number so you can get service and be reimbursed up to $80 for eligible costs.

Important Limitations

To keep the program sustainable, please note:

  • Up to 3 service calls/year per individual membership

  • Up to 5 service calls/year per family membership

  • One service per incident

  • No coverage for vehicles used for commercial purposes or extreme off-road recovery

Excessive usage may result in non-renewal or cash-call basis (you pay at the time of service).
